Here’s a few of the "back up" spot which handled all winds that eventuated and always had a bit of swell.

This was about the worst surf we had on offer.

It’s the poorer cousin of its neighbours but is a good standby, although hardly ever having more than 4 or 5 guys on it. Often it was deserted.

It went tubular at times, was up to 5ft on the tide and we had some great sessions on it.

It basically worked most of every day and was a 50m walk from the Jayco.

I’m not naming the locations – these are 2 different spots near the same location (one is a 20 min drive away). I have shots of 2 other breaks as well, near camp. Some are still in the camera.

I ask you not to pass on these pics. If you do ignore this, make sure you don’t name locations.

I missed some of the best size / tubes ridden as I had to be careful about using the camera for obvious reasons.
